Our company began in the late 90's as a spinoff from US Transportation Services, a full service transportation and logistics consulting company based in Clovis, California. Company founder Jon Johnson had a vision to offer his clients in the transportation industry solutions to their technology needs and specific to their unique industry. That vision grew to include offering Internet access, website and email hosting services as well as basic network integration services. Jon has become a Microsoft Registered Partner and has been providing expert services to his clients on Microsoft server and client applications for several years. Jon attended California State University, Fresno and has also been a professor at CSU, Fresno teaching classes in business administration and transportation management.

Kevin Deisher has been a sounding board for Jon over the years on various technology products and concepts and in 2007 he joined the leadership at CCIS bringing with him more than 20 years of experience providing technology solutions for customers throughout the Western United States. Kevin's experience includes many years in a technical sales capacity with Pacific Bell & SBC. He also served as the General Manager for a large Internet service provider and as the Western Regional Sales Manager supporting a six state region for a national provider of video technologies for conferencing, streaming and surveillance. He has supported many local government agencies, businesses and educational institutions as well as national accounts including Chevron, Lockheed, Ford Aerospace, Occidental Petroleum. He has also supported state and federal government agencies including the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of the Interior, Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy. Kevin attended Fresno City College and San Diego State University.
